The order

Eight steps, one building

The tape, the swatch, the cutting table and the final press are all in the same building. Cutting, stitching and finishing happen here, which is why the guarantee can be what it is.

  1. 01EnquiryTell us the roles, roughly how many people, and anything already decided about fabric or colour. Phone, WhatsApp or the form. No drawing and no specification document is needed to start. The minimum is fifty pieces per style, counted across sizes and colours together, with the men’s and women’s cuts of the same garment counted as one: a 45-person team ordering two shirts each is 90 pieces of one style.
  2. 02Fabric, chosen and approvedWe hold the branded mills’ swatch books and put the actual fabric in your hand. It is bought only after you approve that piece. If you have a mill or an article of your own, that is the one the order is cut from.
  3. 03Quotation in writingFabric, composition, a GSM band, the garment specification, delivery and the guarantee all go into the quotation. What is promised is what is checkable later.
  4. 04Stitched sampleOne finished garment per style, approved before bulk begins. The signed sample becomes the reference for the whole order and for every repeat after it, because a word like “tunic” means different things to different buyers.
  5. 05MeasurementOn site for institutions, with measurement camps travelling across Gujarat; at the counter for walk-ins. Bulk runs are cut in graded size sets against a chart built from real measurements rather than a guessed distribution. Sizes go into a written register that the next order starts from.
  6. 06Cutting and stitchingThe order is booked from one fabric lot wherever the quantity allows, and the lot number is written against your account. Seam allowance is kept generous so garments can be altered locally years later.
  7. 07Finishing and deliveryChecked, pressed, and packed by size and by role, so the boxes can be handed out as they arrive rather than sorted on site. Delivery ships anywhere in India.
  8. 08Reorders and joining kitsThe sealed swatch, the mill article, the lot number and the graded pattern stay on file. A top-up for new joiners starts where the first order ended instead of starting again.

The honest part

Two things worth knowing before you order.

Fabric from two different mill lots of the same shade can sit slightly apart. It is a property of the fabric, not a fault, and it is why we book a whole order from one lot where the quantity allows and approve every reorder against the sealed swatch rather than a colour name.

The guarantee covers the stitching on woven garments, the work of this building. Fabric is approved by you on the actual swatch before it is bought, rather than promised after. Knitted goods, hosiery and t-shirts sit outside the guarantee, because knit relaxes and pills by nature. Knowing where a guarantee genuinely belongs is part of knowing fabric. Full terms.
